What makes a Princess

Kelsi says "I want the princess plate because I'm a princess"
I say "yeah what makes you a princess?"
Kelsi Replied "If you married me then I was a princess"
Busted up laughing for a good minute re-gained my composure and asked "WHO are you married to"
She replied matter of factly "Well it's kinda like cillerella" (cinderella) and walked with her pizza to the table.


Apparently I have not watched Cinderella enough!!

Car Seat Safety

I have taught my children how to check their car seats, I have 3 children and While I double check them it's nice when someone else helps me get them in and I over hear them correcting the process.


Lacy buckled Karli into her seat and went to shut her door.
Karli protested "Lacy it's not tight enough the straps are still pinchey" 
Lacy Laughed and fixed it. 


I LOVE this!! My daughters know that they should not be able to pinch the straps up at all and that they should have their chest clip so they can draw a line and tickle themselves....If ever one decided that car seat safety is not that important the other will tattle.

Sorry Mommy

So, we're walking down the stairs and I accidentally drop an ear of corn.
I say "Karli, quit throwing corn down the stairs!"
She says "sorry mommy"
I look at her and say "did you really throw corn down the stairs?"
She says "NOOOO" :D :D <<huge grin
I say so "why did you say sorry?"
She says "sorry mommy I won't do it again."
I said "you didn't do it in the first place"
She says "yeah, and I won't do it again either."
